Sr. Accounts Payable Clerk

Looking for a new opportunity in Accounts Payable? Come join our team as our new Sr. Accounts Payable Clerk. The Sr. AP Clerk is responsible for processing vendor invoices for payment and for related activities as directed, such as reviewing and verifying the accuracy of disbursement checks, reconciling bank accounts, closing monthly tooling, and obtaining proper authorization for payment of non-merchandise invoices.

The qualified candidate will have a High School diploma or equivalent, a minimum of 2 years accounting and/or general office/clerical experience, a good knowledge of standard office procedures and basic accounting principles, and experience working with accounts payable systems, and Excel. Experience with BPCS, ERP-LX, IntelliChief, and Infor IDF is preferred.

A candidate that has above average ability/proficiency with office machines, ability to follow directions, work independently and within a team, has strong analytical skills, and posses a positive attitude that is conducive to meeting deadlines would be a great fit for this position.

Maintenance A/HVAC

We are currently seeking a Maintenance A to join our team! You will be responsible for repair and maintain machinery, mechanical equipment, buildings, and fixtures. Maintenance A personnel are required to serve on the Haz-Mat team and have a general mastery of all maintenance fields.

The qualified candidate will have Trades apprenticeship/training or equivalent, Electrical Training Certification, or equivalent, Commercial and Residential HVAC experience, safety training, including the handling of hazardous chemicals/wastes and emergency response procedures, and mastery of the principles of carpentry, plumbing, electronics, welding, masonry, and machine mechanics.

Grounds Maitenance

The Utility/Yard Maintenance associate performs a variety of tasks, as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor. These tasks include driving company vehicles; servicing company products, equipment, and fixtures, and maintaining the appearance and safety of the external environment, building and grounds.

The qualified candidate will have familiarity with principles of irrigation, commercial mowing, and machine mechanics, familiarity with basic chemical properties and safe handling of chemicals, have basic mechanical skills, and have a current class "E" chauffeur licenses if one is available, and successfully complete requisite MoDOT training and demonstration of requirements.

Environmental, Health & Safety Manager

The Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Manager develops and coordinates environmental, safety, industrial hygiene, and property conservation programs to include compliance with all applicable federal, state, local, and property casualty requirements, and provides technical support in the development, implementation, and monitoring of Industrial Health and Safety programs.

The qualified candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Safety Management, Industrial Hygiene, or Public Health, or equivalent, with an advanced degree a plus, 7-10 years demonstrated performance in an environmental, safety & health, and/or industrial hygiene management role, manufacturing experience with injection molding and powder coating as a plus, experience in the use, storage, and disposal of hazardous, non-hazardous, and universal waste, and be experienced in performing air and noise monitoring and developing and implementing corrective actions. Certification through a certifying board such as CSP, BCSP, CIH, etc. is desirable.

This roles fits candidates with excellent written and oral communication skills, candidates that have the ability to analyze and interpret government regulations such as EPA, OHSA, DOT, etc., and those who can manage multiple projects with good organizational skills.

SMT Process Engineer

We are seeking an SMT Process Engineer to join our team! The SMT Process Engineer determines operations to produce products and develops processes to ensure quality, cost, efficiency, and safety requirements are met. In addition, the SMT Process Engineer troubleshoots problems with production in his/her assigned area(s) and implements corrective actions as required.

Responsibilities: •Evaluates, implements, and monitors processes and operating systems for the manufacture of parts and components in assigned area(s) •Responsible for establishing and evaluating Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA) manufacturing processes, with high focus on the SMT •Maintain manufacturing procedures for all PCBA manufacturing processes and provide recommendations and rationalizations for improvements •Support prototypes, expedites and DFM recommendations •Provide programming and technical support for the SMT process equipment used in PCBA manufacturing: solder paste printing, solder paste inspection, pick and place, and thermal profile monitoring system •Creates, edits, and maintain requisite documentation •Responsible for preventative maintenance, trouble shooting and repair of SMT equipment •Monitors and improves the efficiency, output, and safety of manufacturing processes through observation and measurement as well as by collecting and interpreting data •Works closely with Purchasing and Engineering for quality control of raw materials and components •Assumes responsibility of safety/environmental compliance and performance of processes •Participates in the process of evaluating and purchasing new equipment and/or upgrades to existing equipment

Qualifications: •Technical Degree (EE, ME, or Engineering Technology), and/or certified Professional SMT designation, or equivalent experience •Minimum of 3 years of engineering in a manufacturing setting demonstrating increased responsibility •Familiarity with federal and state laws as well as the content and meaning of SAE, FMVSS, and ANSI standards applying to Peterson Products •Ability to create robust processes •Hands on experience with soldering and prototyping circuits

Director of Heavy Duty Sales

The qualified candidate must have a B.A. or B.S., or equivalent, with an emphasis in sales/marketing preferred. The qualified candidate must also have a minimum of five (5) to seven (7) years of experience in sales/marketing and have a broad knowledge of the original equipment market procedures and policies. The qualified candidate will have excellent written and oral communication skills and a proven record of utilizing these skills to improve business performance, have strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and proven administrative abilities, and have the ability to earn the respect and confidence of the customer at all levels of their organization, especially Engineering, Purchasing, and Executives.

Manufacturing Engineer
